The Last Time

Every moment will one day be the last
and you will never know
when the sunrise is the final one you’ll see
or which ‘See you later’ is not meant to be.

Take each moment as the first
take each second as the final
live for the now and embrace the day
speak your truth and be honest in what you say.

One day the words will all end
your final message will reach the page
Make sure your life is lived divine
Because one day will be the last time.
